Black and Blue Sage May 6, 2018

My gorgeous black and blue salvia are in full bloom.  So pretty.  They have completely taken over the flower bed.  I will have to transplant some of them in the fall so that my Easy Ned Day Lilies don't get smothered.  They have an interesting-looking tuber in their root system which I have never noticed in other salvias / sages.
