Purple Phacelia March 5, 2016

This pretty little flower is a wildflower, you can't buy it in a nursery.  I discovered it growing in the corner of the Vegetable Garden a couple of years ago.  I transplanted some of it last year to several flower beds in the Star Garden.  It rotted from all the rains last year and never bloomed - another failed experiment. But this year it came back and is blooming very prettily.  It is like all wildflowers, very short lived, but lovely while it is here.
