Mojito Colocasia July 14, 2013

Mojito elephant ears are amazing.  I anxiously waited for this summer to see how well they would return.  I planted them in the spring of 2012.  They performed wonderfully in 2012, but the true tale is to see if they return the next year as healthy as the first year.  And they have done very, very well so far.

Each leaf is like a finger print - completely unique.
