Buttercup Turnera Sptember 1, 2014

 I planted three plants this spring in a partly sunny location.  It gets a lot taller when it is planted in a full sun location.  Turnera will re-seed, so I am hoping that I will lots of seedlings that I can spread around next year.  The flowers close up in the afternoon.  I really like this plant.  I think it is very showy.  There is also a solid yellow flower variety.  I prefer this creamy beige color with the brown throat.
